Please help me

HI All

I am a new comer.I am looking to set up a business.Currently I am in touch with *****.ezoneinfosolutions.com.
Ther have shown me 3 projects.I have been talking with them since last 10 days.I am talking with them for medical form filling work.
This is for 5 seats i am talking about.They are asking 155000 with 14% ST for 5 seats.They will make agreement(SLA) for 11 months.
